cURL to Fetch: Static Commands & Redacted Browser Code

Convert a supported static POSIX cURL command into browser Fetch code locally, preserving raw bodies and duplicate headers with sensitive-header redaction.

Enabling local controls…

Static cURL command

Supports -X, -H, -d, --data-raw, literal --data-binary, --json, -I, -L and --url. POSIX quoting: quote URLs containing shell characters such as ? or &. Files, -u and other options are rejected.

Parsed in memory only: no curl/Fetch execution, HTTP, storage or URL data. The source field is visible; avoid production secrets.

Browser Fetch code

Paste one static command and convert. Editing revokes the export and secret reveal.

Preserves header order/duplicates, raw bodies and large integers. Browsers may combine headers; CORS, TLS, cookie and credential rules still apply. Default redirect:manual may return opaque responses; -L selects follow.

How to use this tool

Paste one supported command and convert. Review browser-controlled header omissions and CORS limits, then copy or download code with redaction on by default.

When not to use it

No command or request executes. Unsupported flags, file inputs and dynamic shell syntax stop conversion. Redaction does not detect all private query or body content.
