Time Zone Meeting Planner: Seven-Day Working-Hour Overlap
Compare working hours across up to eight IANA time zones over seven days, using explicit UTC instants with cross-date and daylight-saving context.
Enabling local controls…
1. Zones and work hours
Processed in page memory, without calendar access. Compares configured work hours, not actual availability; holidays are not excluded.
Exactly 168 one-hour candidates, at most 8 zones and 100 characters per zone. The complete hour must fit every work window. Start later than end means overnight; after-midnight hours belong to the previous shift-start day. 00:00–24:00 means all day. Slots containing an offset transition are conservatively excluded. Browser Intl data may lag political time-zone updates.
2. Overlap and timetable
Set a UTC start and participants, or load a sample.
How to use this tool
Choose a UTC start instant, add time zones and local working windows, then inspect the seven-day overlap and copy a text summary.
When not to use it
Configured working hours are not actual availability. No holiday calendars, account scheduling or guesses for ambiguous local times. Browser time-zone data may differ.
